On June 7th, a group of surfers created an amazing event for the BLM (Black Lives Matter) Movement. Surfers from around the community paddled out at Ala Moana Beach park to partake in an event unlike no other. Hundreds of surfers created a giant circle in remembrance and awareness of George Floyd and others that have been affected from police brutality in America.

On June 8th, the Hawaii Chapter of the BLM Movement held a protest at the state capital which brought thousands of people together to support the change of racism in our country.
